Welcome to my journal, where I celebrate all the seasons of life with my recent work sprinkled with my own personal journey as an artist. I am grateful you are here! It's my hope that as you read these small segments that you are inspired with hope to celebrate the beauty of your own life and story! The best is yet to be...
If thou dost love, pronounce it faithfully: Or if thou thinkest I am too quickly won, I'll frown, and be perverse, and say thee nay, so thou wilt woo: but else, not for the world. In truth, fair Montague, I am too fond; And therefore thou mayst think my 'haviour light: But trust me, gentleman, I'll prove more true than those that have more cunning to be strange.
Looking back to over a year ago, Haleigh and I set out to do her bridal portraits in a classic location! Haleigh wanted a very classic look for her portraits, something that would be on the wall for generations! As we planned her session, the weather changed on us last minute so we picked an indoor venue here in Augusta, transforming an art gallery at Gertrude Herbert Art Institute into a bridal portrait set up! This was not easy since we weren’t aloud to take art off the wall…so we had to work around it! The rain didn’t keep this joyful bride down at all and the results were just beautiful! Haleigh is such a princess and I’m so excited to share some favorites with you all!
